Clean URL's

Is there any way to have clean URL's in CMSimple?

URL's that don't have "?" question marks and other characters like these two links.

cmsimple.org/en/?CMSimple___What_is_CMSimple%3F

cmsimple.org/?Plugins

Hello,

I had not seen that. I read through it but I do not speak Russian or German. Some of it had English translation but not all. I am not a php programmer either I just can modify a file sometimes if I know what is necessary.

It looks like the download http://maxim.zp.ua/users/2/files.html he provided is for the clean url's. But, I was not sure about how to get it working. I will put a question on that thread to him.

What is your opinion about the clean url's? Are they necessary nowadays for search engines etc.?

Okay. Thanks for your opinion. I may try it to see how it works but if it is an addon that causes problems because of future updates and changes in the CMSimple then I may not use it.

Well Gert got bit ironic. I would say that clean urls are crucial. Search Engines have huge algorithms for your website usability and worth, so friendly links (yes, that's the proper name) are one of the first things you have to do while optimizing your website.
