В TinyMCE нажимаю кнопку “Копировать” появляется окно “Не поддерживается Вашим браузером, используйте горячие клавиши.”

That's the answer ...
It's not TinyMCE, it's the same with CKeditor, this behavior is caused by the browsers. All modern browsers seems to disallow copy, cut and paste in this context. So you have to use the keybord functions.
The only one browser, which allows that, is my good old IE6,

удаляю tinymce
А редактора по умолчанию нет

With this config option you only can activate an editor, that is installed as plugin. For TinyMCE enter "tinymce".
There is no "default editor", if you let the field empty, a normal textarea appears, with a save button below,
