It is completely unclear how to create pages in a second language. The second language is installed, it is in Settings -> CMS. But I can’t find any possibility and no information on how to make a page made in one language in a second language, and so that it opens when you click on the icon of the second language.

Sorry, but I do not understand your question. You can not add a second language to a "post", but you can add a second language to your website:
