Sometimes the "Order number" (foto sequence) and short description get lost when save.
I have not succeded by finding any cue about what may be the reason. It happens often when gallery is 30+ picture but also for 10 pic.
Not all picture lost the information , it could be ok for the first 10 or 14 and then lost for the rest-
Setting for files and folders is as described in help(writing access)
It does not happen for all galleries
It happens on different sites.
Those pictures which loose the ordernumber also loose short description
The number could or could not be in sequence, makes no difference in lost saving of data

Any idea of something that could effect the ability to save the data for only part of the fotos ?

Maybe a link to one of the effected pages and the CMSimple Password (per PM) would help to find someting,

now I remembered your website, these pages are really the acid test for CMSimple

Are there any similarities in the effected description texts? Special characters or something? The order numbers should not be the problem.

Could you have a look at the data file (data.php)?

Now let's do something together: You make the whole procedur of installation again (download, unzip, upload), and I will make some offline tests,
