Hallo Gert
I have for some time a problem with the SYSTEM INFO ending in som kind of loop. The reason problaly in serverside hosting, not yours.
Looking for solution I moved a complete copy og cmsimple and other diverse to another hosting, and they send me a malware warning for following fies:
..root/web__adm/webadmin.php (Shell:PHP/Shell.Generic.B)
..root/web__adm/webadmin-gd.php (SMW-SA-04719-tool.fm-0)
--root/web__adm/webadmin-gd.php (SMW-SA-04719-tool.fm-0)

I can see that its is some very old GNU programs 2004 Daniel Wacker <daniel.wacker@web.de> to web-based file manager
Maybe the once upon a time was part of som old CMSimple maybe not.
Just to be sure - they are not part of CMSimple anymore and can for sure be delete ?

PS The SYSTEN INFO works fine on the other hosting , so now I have some PHP and other to look at in debate with the hosting server

It seems to be an old filemanager (for php 4). If you may delete it - I don't know. Webadmin is not a part of CMSimple, that's all I can say,
