Hi everyone.
When setting up new languages the flags appear correctly.
However, when you choose the GERMAN one, it does NOT appear (as a choice to go back to German). There is the union jack instead.
(The link to German - behind the (wrongly shown) English flag - is fine.)
And the chosen language is not being underlined either. How does this work?
Thanks.
Mike
Little language flag problem
Re: Little language flag problem
Found it:
The FIRST flag is obviously showing the DEFAULT language.
So if you have English set as default in your German version, no German flag. Simply changing to German helps.
There is still the question about the red underling of the ACTIVE language. Like on Gert's website... http://www.cmsimple.org

Re: Little language flag problem
Hi Micha,
the default language and the second languages are one group. All languages of a group have to be set to the same default language.
If your main installation / main site is german, all second languages for this german website also have to be set to german as default language. It's own language a second language recognices itself.
In the normal languagemenu() of CMSimple the current language is not visible,

On cmsimple.org I don't use the normal languagemenu() function of CMSimple, it's a handmade languagemenu (in the templates).Micha wrote:There is still the question about the red underling of the ACTIVE language. Like on Gert's website... http://www.cmsimple.org
