Hallo,

CMSimple 4.5.1 steht zum Download bereit, wichtigste Neuheiten:

• Weitere kleine Verbesserungen am Filebrowser
• Locator-Elemente brechen nicht mehr um
• Loginform Seite wird von einem div der Klasse cmsimple_loginform umschlossen und ist somit komplett gestaltbar
• Neue Sprachvariablen für seiteninterne Navigation (für responsive Templates)
• Das default Template ist jetzt reponsiv, in den Downloads sind keine weiteren Templates mehr enthalten
• Definition alter Konstanten entfernt, um dem Einsatz fremder Plugins vorzubeugen, die ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen könnten.

Anlass für die neue Version sind Vermutungen, dass Google in Zukunft responsive Seiten besser bewerten wird, so dass ich nun den Hype um die um die responsiven Templates wohl nicht länger ignorieren kann. Also habe ich CMSimple ein wenig vorbereitet für eine seiteninterne Navigation zwischen Content, Navigation und Newsbereich, wenn das Template bei geringer Auflösung einspaltig wird.

Im Laufe des Jahres werde ich dann die beliebtesten meiner Templates um responsive Varianten erweitern. Diese Templates werden dann CMSimple 4.5.1 erfordern. Hier gibt es bereits eine Demo des neuen responsiven Standard Templates "__cmsimple_default__" :

Ein Update CMSimple 4.0 => 4.5.1, mit dem alle CMSimple Installationen ab 4.0 problem- und schmerzlos aktualisiert werden können, steht auch wieder zur Verfügung, aber wenn Ihr von einer CMSimple Version kleiner 4.5 updatet, lest bitte vorher hier noch einmal nach:

Wenn für alle Ordner die richtigen Berechtigungen erteilt sind, sollte es jedoch keine Probleme geben und alles automatisch ablaufen.

Achtung: wenn auf Euren Seiten Erweiterungen laufen, die nicht für CMSimple geschrieben sind, kann das Update zum Ausfall der Seite führen. Vergesst also nicht das BACKUP vor dem Update

Hello,

CMSimple 4.5.1 is available for download, most important news:

• Some small improvements on filebrowser
• Locator-Elements with no linebreaks anymore
• Loginform page now has a div with the class cmsimple_loginform around, for simply design.
• New language variables for page-internal navigation (for responsive templates)
• The default template is reponsive now, no further templates are included in the downloads anymore
• Old constants removed, to prevent usage of alien plugins, which could be a security risk.

The reason for the new version is the suspicion, that Google could score responsive pages better in the future, so I can't ignore the hype around responsive templates anymore. So I have prepared CMSimple a little bit, for an internal page navigation between content, navigation and news area, if the template switch to an one column design, by a low resolution.

During this year, I will expand some of my templates by responsive variants. These templates will require CMSimple 4.5.1. There is a demo of the new responsive standard template "__cmsimple_default__" available:

An Update CMSimple 4.0 => 4.5.1, for an easy and painless update of all installations of CMSimple 4.0 or higher, also is available, but if you update a CMSimple Version lower than 4.5, please read this again:

But if the correct permissions are granted to all folders, there should be no problems, and everything should run automatically.

Warning: if on your website extensions are running, which are not written for CMSimple, the update may cause a white screen. Please don't forget to make a BACKUP before updating

Hallo,

das PlugIns für XH nicht mehr genutzt werden sollen, das ist ja schon eine Weile bekannt.
Von daher kann ich den Schritt schon nachvollziehen.
Ich könnte fast damit leben. Wenn da nicht advancedform wäre, das funktioniert mit 4.5.1 auch nicht mehr.
