Auto-update links when renaming pages?

Is there a functionality to auto-update links to pages when they're renamed?

such a function is not available.

- Download the content.htm
- do it with search & replace
- save as utf-8 without BOM
- upload

I actually manually renamed them in the visual editor.
That's what happens if you have not carefully thought out the page names

I have actually downloaded the contents files but then I realized I just cannot proceed with links like that:
a href="?%D0%92%D1%8B%D0%BF%D1%83%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8_2013_%D0%B3.___%E2%84%96_1%2F2013_%28%D1%8F%D0%BD%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%8C-%D1%84%D0%B5%D0%B2%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%29"
- that's html-friendly cyrillic utf8, I guess
so I used the "Insert link functionality" to see what page names really were
